These terms set the basic conditions for corporate AI training, AI audits, workshops, and implementation support provided by AI Business Japan.

AI Business Japan provides corporate AI training, AI opportunity audits, workshops, and implementation support. Specific scope, schedule, deliverables, and fees are defined in the applicable quote, order, contract, or written agreement.
Payment is available by Stripe card payment, invoice, or bank transfer. Bank details are provided on the invoice. Public prices are indicative and tax-exclusive unless otherwise stated; formal quotes and invoices state the tax-inclusive amount, consumption tax, and invoice registration number (T4011001147899). Bank fees and other costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Service dates, training dates, delivery dates, and deliverable scope follow the applicable quote, order, contract, or written agreement.
Free consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled through the method provided in the individual scheduling message. For paid training, workshops, audits, and implementation support, the applicable proposal, quote, order, or agreement takes priority. As a standard policy, cancellations made at least 8 days before the scheduled delivery date are not charged except for completed work and external costs. Cancellations 3-7 days before delivery are charged at 50% of the applicable service fee. Cancellations 2 days before delivery, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are charged at 100%. Preparation, materials, audit work, delivered services, onsite travel, venue, and external costs may be non-refundable or charged at actual cost. If we approve a refund, Stripe or other payment processing fees, refund fees, currency or transfer costs, and other payment-related costs not returned to us are deducted from the refunded total. One reschedule is generally available at no charge when requested at least 3 business days before delivery.
The service provides training, diagnosis, and implementation support. It does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, subsidy, legal, tax, or security outcomes.
Training materials, templates, and checklists remain the property of AI Business Japan or Ringi Co., Ltd. unless otherwise stated. Redistribution, resale, or public publication beyond internal use requires prior approval.
The service is governed by Japanese law. Where a separate contract exists, that contract takes priority.
