For inquiries, consultations, quotes, scheduling, and payment coordination, we may collect name, company, role, email address, company size, current AI usage, preferred timeline, desired support, and message details.
We may use Telegram for internal inquiry notifications, Resend for resource and payment-related email, Stripe for payment coordination, external scheduling tools when a call is arranged after inquiry review, and Amplitude for website analytics, session replay, and heatmaps. These providers may process information outside Japan. Analytics may track page views, CTA clicks, form submission status, clicks, and scroll behavior, but not form message text, names, company names, or email address input values. Session replay masks input fields. We do not sell or share personal information beyond what is necessary for these purposes.
Access to collected information is limited to business needs. Inquiry and sales records are retained as long as needed for response, proposals, and contract management. Billing, accounting, and contract records are retained for legally required periods. Information is then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
