Preparation, materials, audit work, delivered services, travel, venue, and external costs may be non-refundable or charged at actual cost. If we approve a refund, Stripe or other payment processing fees, refund fees, currency or transfer costs, and other payment-related costs not returned to us are deducted from the refunded total.
